I was perusing baking recipes tonite and wondered about the effects of using salted butter if a recipe calls for unsalted butter and vice/versa. Maybe you were wondering also. Here's a recent inquiry by someone and the answers.

Joanne Owens Secret of a nice visit 2 the homeland: Alienate as many people as possible on your B,C&D list. You won't feel compelled 2 allot time for a visit with them.
How can I say such a thing --- experience teaches that when you go home for a visit, it should not take a daily planner to complete the trip. You can follow the above advice or just don't blab that you're visiting at such-and-such a time.
